Who endorses our work?

Check out the excellent foundations that do wonderful work all across Europe for the sepsis community

it is crucial to join forces with Sepsis Stronger Together. We represent patients and families affected by meningitis and sepsis in Spain. Unfortunately, both diseases are connected, misunderstood and misdiagnosed. Meningococcal septicemia is the worst scenario as bacteria directly affect the bloodstream and not only the meninges, leading to an extreme response of the body’s immune system, causing organ failure and tissue damage (sepsis). Data is frightening: 2.5 million cases worldwide, 30% die or are left with severe sequelae such as brain damage, limbs loss, amputation, deafness or blindness.
Sepsis Nederland
Sepsis Nederland wholeheartedly supports this initiative to sound the alarm for the impact of sepsis by the combined voice of patients in Europe. It is time for change, too many people are severely affected by sepsis every day while we can do much more at National and European level to improve recognition and follow-up.

For Sepsis en Daarna it is extremely important that patients, relatives and survivors join forces to show the urgency of sepsis as a public health threat. They show exactly what needs to happen in terms of better information, recognition, treatment and (more expertise around) aftercare.

Uk Sepsis Trust

The UK Sepsis Trust is delighted to join forces with Sepsis Stronger Together.  We believe that by combining expertise, resources, and communities, we can raise awareness, improve research, and provide even stronger much needed support for patients and families affected by sepsis.

Irish Sepsis Foundation

The Irish Sepsis Foundation believes that collaboration is key to driving real change. By joining forces with Sepsis Stronger Together, we’re uniting with others who share our commitment to raising awareness, supporting survivors, and preventing unnecessary deaths from sepsis. Together, we can amplify our voice, share vital knowledge, and push for better systems of care—because no one should face sepsis alone, and together, we are stronger

Sepsibel represents Belgian patients and families affected by sepsis. We believe that by working together across borders, we can raise awareness and work towards a future where fewer lives are lost or forever changed by this silent emergency.

Founded in 2018 by Jamila Hedjal after the death of her son from septic shock, France Sepsis Association is the first association in France dedicated to the fight against sepsis. Its mission is to raise awareness of this little-known medical emergency among the general public and healthcare professionals, promote rapid diagnosis and effective treatment, and support patients and their families.  As a member of the Global Sepsis Alliance and the European Sepsis Alliance, France Sepsis Association is committed to joining forces with other associations as Sepsis Stronger Together to strengthen the fight against sepsis worldwide.
sepsis-meningokockfonden
Meningokockfonden is a Swedish non-profit foundation dedicated to raising awareness of meningococcal disease and sepsis. We support affected families, provide reliable information, and advocate for better prevention through vaccination. Our mission is to save lives and contribute to the global effort to defeat meningitis and sepsis.

Sepsisfonden has been leading the fight against sepsis in Sweden and all of the Nordic countries since 2015, with the main objective to raise awareness in the public, and to raise money for sepsis research. The patient perspective has always been a priority for Sepsisfonden, and we are therefore happy to full hearted support the Sepsis Stronger Together initiative.
